Below are our Glamping site policies and procedures; please read these carefully. As our Glamping guests, having booked a reservation on our website or through, you are hereby agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.

The terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ mean Wingbury Farm Glamping Ltd.

Check in time is any time after 3PM. If you arrive at an earlier time, please contact the management team on The management will make every effort to accommodate you.

Wingbury Farm Glamping will make every effort to honour special requests (such as for baby equipment) however, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.  Wingbury Farm Glamping reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow, or comply with, our glamping policies.

Check out is at 11 AM. Keys can be dropped into the post box by the gate into the glamp-site.


All payments must be made online at the point of booking.

Dogs are allowed in all three Pods. Please provide a dog bed; dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds or sofas.
A dog poo-bag station is located on the entrance to the glamping-site, please use and then discard of in the wheelie bin.

All pod reservations have a 21day cancellation policy, unless otherwise stated. If cancellations are made within 21 days of the arrival date, then a fee of one night’s stay will be charged along with card handler fees.

All our pods are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all pods.

Smoking is allowed on decking and surrounding grass areas. We ask that anyone smoking extinguishes their cigarette fully and disposes of it in an ashtray or bin. Discarded cigarette butts can be harmful to the local wildlife and sheep or cattle.

Guests must be 18 years or older to book without a parent or legal guardian.
Our pods sleep up to four persons. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No more than three children under the age of 17 may stay in the same pod at the same time. For three children or less a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through Wingbury Farm Glamping, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel any or all promotions.

Group bookings are accepted, with the exception of all-male groups.

Hen parties are accepted but they must book all three pods for the same duration. Unfortunately, we do not accept Stag do group bookings. The Management reserves the right to change or cancel any group bookings.

Towels are included in the price for all pods. Towels for use with the hot tubs are also included (Oak and Willow pods).
Bedding is NOT included in the price. Guests are welcome to bring their own bedding or order it at an extra cost. (updated Sep 2017).
If you are staying for a week or more we will provide a ‘mid-week’ towel and linen change (if ordered).

Where these facilities are available, it is in everybody’s interests that they are used safely and sensibly. These facilities will not be supervised. Children may not use them unless supervised by an adult. Please bring swimwear and non-slip shoes where not specified as included in the package. Please note that these facilities can sometimes take time to repair in the event of malfunction and therefore may not always be available. Access to these facilities will be withdrawn if they are not used in accordance with the instructions given by the management.

Please be aware that open fires are a hazard, particularly near wooden buildings and you should therefore use them responsibly. A lit fire must never be left unattended. The fire pits must never be moved, and never moved into or near the pods.  Logs are made available when the optional extra “Fire pit” package is purchased at the point of booking.


Brick BBQs
Our brick BBQs are free to use. We offer a “BBQ package” via our website which includes coal and firelighters.  Guest may bring their own coal and food. Only adults may use the BBQ.

Rabbits and other wild animals are present locally and therefore, there may be rabbit holes, undulations, and other uneven ground on the site. Suitable footwear should be worn at all times and a good torch used at night.

Please have consideration for others at all times.
We are a working site, children must be supervised at all times.
Strictly no noise after 10.30pm.
Drunken, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
No ground fires.
No Chinese lanterns or fireworks.
No flying of drones.

Each pod has parking for one car; any extra cars must use the visitors car park opposite the glamp-site. This is the same for motorbikes.
