Below are our Glamping site policies and procedures; please read these carefully. As our Glamping guests, having booked a reservation on our website or through coolcamping.co.uk, you are hereby agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.

The terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means Wingbury Farm Glamping Ltd.

CHECK IN

Check in time is any time after 3PM. If you arrive at an earlier time, please contact the management team on bookings@wingburyfgarmglamping.co.uk. The management will make every effort to accommodate you.

Wingbury Farm Glamping will make every effort to honour special requests (such as for baby equipment) however, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. 

Wingbury Farm Glamping reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow, or comply with, our glamping policies.

On arrival pods will come stocked with Milk (1ltr, green) Orange Juice and eggs, guests may request more eggs if needed.

Customers bring their own bedding must bring duvets and pillows along with all sheets.

CHECK OUT

Check out is at 10 AM. Keys can be dropped into the post box by the gate into the glamp-site. We have moved this time from 11am to 10am as the pods must be well vented for 30 minutes before cleaning staff can enter.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made online at the point of booking.

RECYCLING

All guests are expected to recycle. We provide a wheelie-bin storage for mixed recycling and glass.

In attempt to cut down on plastic waste we requested that no single use plastic is used, this includes; plastic cups, plates and cutlery. All this items are already to use in the pod kitchenette.

 SMOKING POLICIES

All our pods are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all pods.

Smoking is allowed on decking and surrounding grass areas. We ask that anyone smoking extinguishes their cigarette fully and disposes of it in an ashtray or bin. Discarded cigarette butts can be harmful to the local wildlife and sheep or cattle.

PET POLICY

We no longer accept pets in any of the glamping pods.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Guests must be 18 years or older to book without a parent or legal guardian.

Our pods sleep up to 4 persons. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No more than three children under the age of 17 may stay in the same pod at the same time. For three children or less a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

PROMOTION POLICY

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through Wingbury Farm Glamping, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel any or all promotions.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings are accepted, with the exception of all-male groups.

Hen parties are accepted but they must book all 3 pods for the same duration. Unfortunately, we do not accept Stag do group bookings. The Management reserves the right to change or cancel any group bookings.

LINEN AND TOWELS

• All pods; Bedding is NOT included. Guests are welcome to bring their own bedding or order it at a extra cost
• All pods; Towels are included in the price. If you are staying for 4 days or more we will provide a ‘mid-week’ towel change.
• Hot tub towels are also included.

WOOD-FIRED HOT TUBS

Where these facilities are available, it is in everybody’s interests that they are used safely and sensibly. These facilities will not be supervised. Children may not use them unless supervised by an adult. Please bring swimwear and non-slip shoes where not specified as included in the package. Please note that these facilities can sometimes take time to repair in the event of malfunction and therefore may not always be available. Access to these facilities will be withdrawn if they are not used in accordance with the instructions given by the management.

FIRE PIT

Please be aware that open fires are a hazard, particularly near wooden buildings and you should therefore use them responsibly. A lit fire must never be left unattended. The fire pits must never be moved, and never moved into or near the pods.  Logs are made available when the optional extra “Fire pit” package is purchased at the point of booking.

WE DO NOT ALLOW GROUND FIRES.

Brick BBQs

Brick BBQs are free to use. We offer a “BBQ package” via our website which includes coal and firelighters.  Guest may bring their own coal and food. Only adults may use the BBQ.

SITE CONDITIONS
Rabbits and other wild animals are present locally and therefore, there may be rabbit holes, undulations, and other uneven ground on the site. Suitable footwear should be worn at all times and a good torch used at night.

SITE RULES
Please have consideration for others at all times.
We are a working site, children must be supervised at all times.
Strictly no noise after 10.30pm.
Drunken, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

No ground fires.

No Chinese lanterns or fireworks.

No flying of drones.

No Confetti.

No single use plastic (cups etc)

Car Charging Station

The car charging point/station is free to use for glamping guests only. Visitors to the glamping site (seeing friends for example) may NOT use this facility and will be charged. Access to this facility will be withdrawn if they are not used in accordance with the instructions given by the management. This facility may not always be available, please check with the management before you arrive.

Vehicles and parking.

Each pod has packing for one car, any extra cars must use the visitors car park opposite the glamp-site. This is the same for motorbikes.
